Quality
We use the highest quality materials in our production.
The CUBI is extrusion blow-moulded in HDPE very high molecular density polyethylene).
All of our HDPE products are 100% UV resistantthereby ensuring that the colour lasts.
They are also 100% recyclable, and resistant to acids, bases and hydrocarbons.
The products are available in 3 standard colours: light grey, blue and black.
For production runs of more than 1400 pieces, the CUBI can be personalised with your logo and manufactured in the colour of your choice.
Reliability
The CUBI comes with a guarantee. There are fish farms in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean (tropical conditions) which have been using our modular floating pontoons for 17 years.
The innovative CUBISYSTEM floating solution has outstanding buoyancy:
- 385kg/m² with one layer
- 750kg/m² with two layers
- 1 125kg/m² with three layers
Safety
Our patented CUBILOCK assembly method (anti-ejection and rotation) guarantees the strength and stability of the system.
Each lug on the CUBI has a resistance of around 3 tonnes.
Production is ISO 9001 certified and CUBISYSTEM meets the European norms for floating structures.
